Cuisine
Smash Burgers & Craveables, by Chef Jeremy Ford. Named for the fast-food favorites Top Chef champion and Michelin-starred chef Jeremy Ford (Stubborn Seed) grew up loving, JJ's is pure craveable fun. The smash burgers lead: the Guilty Pleasure Freak-O (crispy cheddar, fried onions, mojo pickles, crave sauce), the Onion Smash, and the Philly Cheese Steak Smash — with Nueske's bacon to add on. On the side, house-battered onion rings with yuzu kosho ranch and "Everyday We're Truffling" french fries with truffle crave. Bold, simple, and exactly the guilty pleasure the name promises.
