Jeremy Ford, an American chef, gained recognition after winning the thirteenth season of Top Chef in 2015 while working at Matador Room under Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Following his victory, Ford opened his own restaurants, Stubborn Seed in South Beach and Krun-Chi in Miami. In 2021, he launched The Butcher’s Club at the PGA National Resort & Spa and co-hosted TruTV’s Fast Foodies alongside Top Chef winner Kristen Kish and Iron Chef America winner Justin Sutherland. Ford’s culinary journey began at a young age, working at renowned establishments like L’Orangerie and Patina, honing his skills in French cuisine. He later joined 3030 Ocean in Fort Lauderdale under Chef Dean Max before securing his executive chef position at Matador Room. Chef Jeremy Ford is also a host on TV Show Fast Foodies and was recently awarded a Michelin Star for his renowned restaurant, Stubborn Seed.

CUISINE

JJ’s (Guilty Pleasures) is named after the fast food and guilty pleasure items that Chef Jeremy Ford and his mother used to enjoy together. The menu consists of delicious burgers, including a mouth-watering fried soft-shell crab burger that’s sure to be a hit with seafood lovers. In addition to the burgers, there are savory truffle fries, and crispy onion rings.
