With over a decade of experience and owning multiple restaurants spanning from Miami (Stiltsville Fish Bar, Root & Bone and Mitalia Kitchen + Bar), New York, Indianapolis and Puerto Rico, this highly acclaimed chef and restaurateur brings her creativity and expertise not only to her innovative menus, but also into the design of each restaurant, as well as her lifestyle brand Sunny Side Up.

Sunny Side Up Aussie Bites will feature Australian inspired, sweet and savory flavor-packed items, such as sausage rolls, jaffles, empanadas, as well as healthy dishes like sunny salads and hummus bowls.
