An award winning-chef and restaurateur, Chef Kenny Gilbert’s career spans over two decades and has graced him with opportunities to travel around the world and learn the authentic techniques and flavors of global cuisines. With over 20 years in the food and beverage industry, Kenny’s versatile skills cover all aspects, from banquets and pastries to restaurant and bar concepts, showcasing his innovation and creativity. Chef Kenny Gilbert’s impressive credentials include being a finalist on Season 7 of Top Chef, as well as publishing his highly acclaimed cookbook, Southern Cooking, Global Flavors. He has been featured on a number of cooking shows, competitions and segments on national television including, winning Beat Bobby Flay, Midnight Feast and Cutthroat Kitchen. Oprah Winfrey often asks Gilbert to cater her holiday festivities as one of her preferred personal chefs. Kenny has combined his culinary expertise with a deep passion for herbs and spices to create Chef Kenny’s Spice Blends, a line of flavorful blends including Jerk Spice, Raging Cajun, and Cinnamon Coffee Rub.
